No Returns. All Sales are Final.

All shipments have tracking and are fully insured. USA: packages are transported overnight from Toronto, Canada to the USPS facility in Niagara Falls, NY, for domestic shipping. Canada: shipped domestic with Canada Post for last mile delivery.

While the goal is to give customers secure and affordable shipping from my location, it is one-way travel. Please read the item description and view the images that have been created for you. I am happy to answer any questions or concerns regarding the item or shipping. Just click on the "Contact Seller" link in the SELLER INFORMATION Box to ask.

** Shipping Schedule **

Shipping is usually twice a week. Tuesday and Thursday -or- Friday are the usual shipping days (before noon). The Shipping Company I use is closed on weekends. For this reason, packages on the 'Friday' schedule will move ahead a day to 'Thursday' when a there's package with a Canadian address.
