Vintage Baseball Sports Popples from 1986, by Those Characters From Cleveland and Mattel Canada. The only name I could find is "Sportif" on research images that show the packaging he came in. Measures about 11.5" when opened and laid flat. Slight light spot on the nose. Stickers on front of the jersey and baseball are good condition, especially for the age.
